What Is Aviva Method?
Aviva Method contains several sets of exercises, all support maintaining or restoring health and improving quality of life. Aviva Simple Method is a series of exercises that moves the whole body mainly targeting the pelvic area. The movements have particular therapeutic and hormonal effects to support the health of our menstrual cycle and female organs.
This unique movement system stimulates blood circulation, nutrient supply and detoxification inside the pelvis by exercising the lower abdominal muscles and the muscles inside and outside the pelvis. As a result it creates the ideal environment for the genitals to function.
The movements stimulate the endocrine glands and support hormonal balance, female fertility and a healthy menstrual cycle. They also boost the digestive system and body’s ability to clear toxins, helping to prevent the development of diseases. The essence of Aviva method is self healing. It supports you in healing naturally without having to take medication.

My name is Zita Saunders, I will be your instructor for the Aviva course and the classes. I’m a qualified Aviva, yoga and meditation instructor with many years of experience.
I believe that we have the inner ability to support and heal our body. Our health is in our hands, the decisions we make today have an impact on our short and long term well-being and happiness. Discovering the inner harmony of our hormonal system can be the key to a full and contented life.
My goal as an instructor is to pass on the Aviva method knowledge to you in order to reduce the feeling of vulnerability, worries and stress, and enable you to take control of your health.

Straight after I got married we tried to have a baby and I became pregnant immediately, but the joy didn’t last long as I had a miscarriage. We were devastated. Then I heard about the Aviva Method and started practicing, especially the exercises that support ovulation. Those exercises I practiced with greater intensity, every day. Two months later my daughter conceived and was born at full term. When we decided to have a second baby I wasn’t doing the Aviva exercises anymore and had another miscarriage. So I started practicing again persistently and my second daughter conceived and was born nine months later. We love children so much, didn’t stop there. Decided to have a third child and this time I started preparing my body for pregnancy with Aviva regular classes, and a month later I was expecting my third daughter. I believe that the series of movements in the Aviva Method and the increased blood flow to the reproductive organs contributed to my healthy pregnancies, and to have completely healthy children.
I had been suffering from hormonal imbalance for years, which caused my monthly menstruation to drag on for 9-10 days, with mucosal bleeding and abdominal discomfort between periods. I wanted to avoid taking hormonal medication so was looking for a natural way to restore my healthy period. When I learnt the Aviva Method I started exercising intensively and in the first three months after almost every practice, my abdomen was aching. I had no idea what was going on inside, it felt like everything was suddenly restarting and resetting. As a result of the exercise, initially my period became heavier, but in 6 months it completely settled. Now I have normal periods and the intermenstrual bleeding has almost completely disappeared. All values of my hormone test are within reference, my doctor says my ovaries are youthful. As a result of the regular Aviva practice, I no longer have menstrual cramps, and I also noticed a significant positive change in the muscle tone of my thighs and buttocks.
When I was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst, my menstruation was irregular for a while and I had recurring bursitis, a hormonal imbalance caused inflammation, I was looking for a natural cure for all of these and found the Aviva Method. Following the training I started practicing daily and one month later I had a very strong period. Once the period cleansed my womb, the pressure in my abdomen disappeared, and I felt relieved both emotionally and physically. The cyst wasn’t there at the next scan. Since then I follow a healthy diet, reduced the intake of animal protein, and I have not had bursitis. Aviva has become a fundamental part of my life. I practice Aviva three times a week as a preventative measure to maintain my hormonal balance and avoid arthritis.
