Limitation of liability

By using avivamethod.ae you consent, agree and confirm the following:

1. You agree to indemnify us from any claims, actions, losses, expenses or demands resulting from you breaching these Terms of use or misusing avivamethod.ae.

3. You agree that we are not responsible for any errors on this website.
4. You agree that once a service is delivered by us we no longer hold any liability or obligation.
5. Use of the website in an abusive manner will result in termination in our sole discretion.

7. You agree not to reproduce any content, logo, visual media, sound, page layouts or designs, including trademarks, service marks and patents that appear on avivamethod.ae unless you have our written permission to do so.
8. We reserve the right to withdraw any services that we currently offer or will offer in the future.

11. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for third party websites linked to or third party advertisements appearing on this website.
12. No information posted anywhere on avivamethod.ae is intended to be a substitute for medical or professional advice of any kind. Always consult a health professional before you act on any suggestions you read on avivamethod.ae.
13. We accept no liability for any accident or injury resulting from your participation in any classes or sessions purchased from us.
14. You warrant and confirm that you have provided full details of all pre-existing conditions, illness and injuries which may affect your participation in any exercises or other activities during the sessions purchased from us.
15. You accept all responsibility for ensuring that the location where you choose to join the online sessions, and the equipment and clothing which you use, are fit for purpose, and we accept no liability in relation to the same.

Making purchases on avivamethod.ae

We are committed to providing our customers with clear information regarding their purchase.

1. We make every effort to provide clear and accurate service details.
2. Customers agree to these Terms of use, subject to the stated price for all selected items, and complete their order for their selected items by pressing the ‘place order’ button at the end of the checkout process.
3. We will send all customers an acknowledgement email within 24 hours detailing the services that they have ordered. This is not an acceptance of the sale on the behalf of avivamethod.ae.
4. We will send all customers a confirmation email with details of the online session once the session is confirmed.
5. Upon registration for courses and classes after placing the order, the order may be amended or cancelled freely by you up to three working days before the agreed date of performance.
6. For the purposes of these Terms of use, “working days” means Monday to Friday (inclusive) or days upon which banks are usually open in the United Arab Emirates (excluding National Holidays).
7. By completing a purchase, you are confirming that you are 18 years old or above or using this site with the permission of your legal guardian.
8. You agree not to record the online classes or courses and not to share the recording.

Transaction Currency

Type of currency accepted in a transaction is AED.

Service delivery

Through live online sessions we commit to provide high-quality audio and video connectivity over the Internet. However, if the connection is lost due to an error on our side and the service is not completed, the service can be rescheduled for a later date free of charge.

If the customer has an internet or other technical error that results in the disconnection of the audio and / or video connection, we cannot be held responsible. In this case, the service is considered completed and cannot be rescheduled.

Refund Policy

1. If you cancel an order and the cancellation is received up to three working days before the date of performance, we will make a refund deducting 10% admin fee of the service ordered or, upon request, we will transfer the date of performance to a mutually agreed later date.
2. The refund will be made on the same debit or credit card which the purchase was made by.
3. The refund to your card will be made between 15-45 days from the day of the cancellation request.
4. If your cancellation request is received within 3 working days before the date of performance, we will not be able to refund the amount of the service.
5. If a course or class is cancelled by us you will be offered either a full refund or the option of transfer of the date of performance to a mutually agreed later date.
6. Refunds are not possible to be made retrospectively. If we have not heard from you by beginning of the course we will not be able to process any refunds.
7. We reserve the right to cancel a course or class for any reason. We would only do this in exceptional circumstances that mean we are unable to offer the course or class as advertised. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as we possible and will refund you the full amount you have paid. We will not be responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in respect of the booking.
8. Once the first session within any package has been performed, you will not be able to cancel and request a refund for any of the additional sessions (they may be re-arranged for a later date in our sole discretion).

Privacy policy

When you get in touch with us we will have access to your personal information. We will only use your personal information to carry out your order and to contact you for marketing or other purposes. We will not share your information to any third party organizations without your approval or where required by law. It is our responsibility to protect your personal information from unauthorized access by third parties.

Your credit card transaction is managed by trusted and certified partners that ensure your credit card information is secure during every transaction. The information we store about you does not include your credit card details.

You may (subject to applicable law) ask us to amend or delete any of your personal information or opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by contacting us at info@avivamethod.ae.

Intellectual property

All content, logos, visual media, sounds, page layouts or designs, including trademarks, service marks and patents that appear on avivamethod.ae are protected by international copyright law and cannot be copied or reproduced without our written permission. We own or are licensed to use all material that appears anywhere on avivamethod.ae.

Governing Law

These Terms of use shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.  The Courts of Abu Dhabi shall have exclusion jurisdiction in the event of any dispute.
