Aviva Method is a series of exercises with specific therapeutic and hormonal effects. It was developed by and named after the Hungarian physiotherapist Aviva Gabriella Steiner following 28 years of research and experimentation.
Aviva Simple Method was designed to treat menstrual discomfort, regulate the cycle, alleviate various gynecological problems including fibroids and cysts, and support fertility. The exercises can help reset the natural hormonal balance in our body that is characteristic of our age.
Each of the 18 exercises has a beneficial effect on the female organs and hormonal balance. Each exercise can be used in a targeted way for specific problems and individual goals.

Online Aviva classes
Let’s practice together and fine tune the movements under the guidance of your instructor.
Once you completed the four-hour Aviva course and learned the 18 exercises you are welcome to attend Aviva classes. In every one-hour class, we begin with a warm up, complete the full sequence of the simple method and finish with relaxation.
The classes are a great way to help you fine tune the movements and receive guidance from your instructor.
Practice classes are every Thursday at 5-6 pm.
Why should you join the classes?
You can perfect your movements and the execution of each exercise with the help of a trained Aviva Method instructor. It is very important that you do them correctly, so you can achieve the desired effect earlier.
You can learn the sequence quickly, the order of the movement, what comes next, when to switch, so you can quickly get to the level of joyful self-practice.

Exercises to support Ovulation
Learn a natural support for the ovulation process and the moment of ovulation
The second step in the Aviva Method includes a series of exercises that stimulate and support ovulation. Like the Aviva Simple Method, this series of movements is also a full-body movement exercise with special therapeutic and hormonal effects. While Aviva Simple Method supports the best conditions for overall genital health and fertility, the ovulation exercises specifically help the amazing event of ovulation and follicular rupture. It supports overall ovarian function, follicular maturation, and ovulation.
Note: A prerequisite for participation is that you have been regularly doing the Aviva Method 18 exercises for at least 3 months.
How does it work?
Building on what we already learnt in the Aviva Method, we use the muscles of the working zone and muscles inside the pelvis. Contracting exercises result increased blood supply in the pelvis, improved circulation, metabolism and detoxification around the ovaries.
The sequence of movements heats up the genital region, creating an internal static charge. This energy dissolves tension in the organs, and promotes regeneration and ovulation.
In this series of exercises, we work deep inside the pelvis with twists, stretches and even abdominal press. Therefore, it is a much more intense set of exercises than the Aviva Simple Method’s 18 exercises.
The strong internal work of the working zone is complemented by a new element, the external pressing. Tissues are stimulated by rhythmically pressing and releasing the area around the ovaries.
For those who have a more serious challenge such as PCOS, severe hormonal imbalances or ovarian insufficiency, the breakthrough is often brought by the combination of the Aviva Simple Method and the series of exercises that stimulate ovulation.
