It is always a happy announcement when a student achieves positive results with the Aviva Method. There are thousands of success stories online from around the world about menstruation, fertility and hormonal health improvements. Our latest success is from right here in the United Arab Emirates.

Read Salama’s success story who with the help of the Aviva Method completed two rounds of Egg freezing.

Salama’s story

I was 40 years old and planning to undergo egg freezing when I saw the post from Zita on the benefits of the Aviva Method for IVF (in vitro fertilisation).

I learned the method in the foundation course in Abu Dhabi and then practiced Aviva 2 days a week. My egg freezing was successful and the doctor was surprised with the number of follicles I had produced.

A few months later I was preparing for the second round of egg freezing. Zita advised me to do the Ovulation course but I was abroad so I attended the course online via Zoom. After completing it I would do my practice regularly, and during my IVF treatment I would do it every night. This time I got double my eggs and all were mature for freezing.

I’m grateful for this teaching and continue to do Aviva Method as it really helps with my period pain and monthly flow.

What is Egg freezing?

Egg freezing (oocyte cryopreservation) is a process that involves the retrieval and storage of a woman’s eggs in order to give her more flexibility in when she chooses to use them to get pregnant. Before retrieval, hormone injections are administered to accelerate egg production. These eggs are then retrieved in a process similar to IVF, quickly frozen, and stored in a specialized facility until the woman is ready to use them.

Younger women typically produce more eggs of good quality, so many complete multiple cycles of egg freezing to increase their chances of having a baby. Freezing a more eggs offers more opportunities for successful IVF cycles later on.

The stimulation period takes around two weeks, and the egg retrieval is a short procedure. The eggs can be frozen for many years and conception can still be successful even if the eggs were frozen for over a decade. This indicates that the number of years waiting does not affect the chance of achieving a pregnancy with frozen eggs. This gives the reassurance for women who are not ready to have a child today, but would like to do so later in their life.

When the woman decides to use her frozen eggs to have a child, they will be thawed in a lab and she can undergo the final steps of IVF. The eggs will be fertilized and transferred to her uterus so pregnancy can begin.

How does the Aviva Method help?

The Aviva Method assists in egg freezing by stimulating abdominal blood flow. This increased blood flow delivers more nutrients, hormones, and oxygen to the pelvic area while also aiding in detoxification. This way you create an ideal environment for your ovaries to function and produce healthy eggs.

The exercises also promote implantation and maintaining pregnancy by intensifying blood circulation and helping the growth of the endometrium, the lining of the uterus. During those six to ten days while the fertilized egg is embedding in the endometrium, a healthy blood supply is crucial.

The foundational Aviva Method consists of 18 exercises which you can learned in a four-hour course. Start your journey of self-healing. It only takes 30 minutes for the practice, two or three times a week. You are always welcome to join our weekly group classes.

The second sequence in the Aviva Method includes a series of exercises that stimulate and support ovulation. This series of movements has special therapeutic and hormonal effects, specifically supporting the amazing event of ovulation and follicular rupture. It supports overall ovarian function, follicular maturation, and ovulation.
